Self Hypnosis:

You Hypnotize Yourself Every Day

Prayers are a form of hypnosis, so are affirmations, any repetitive scripting (self-talk) is self-hypnosis. Many of you have heard about The Law of Attraction, this was resurrected in the book, The Secret. In actuality, The Secret was lifted from Robert Collier’s The Secret of the Ages, published in 1926. The copyright was not renewed leaving it to public domain after his death in 1950.

Self-hypnosis is the secret to “The Secret”.

Self-hypnosis is how manifesting works.

I often talk about our language and the power of the mind. Self-hypnosis is how we have put ourselves in our current situations, both positive and negative. Your mind is like a garden, whatever you plant and nurture will grow and thrive whether it is weeds or roses (or if you are in a poverty consciousness, dirt!)

When you use repetitive self-talk, or in simple terms, when you tell yourself something often enough, your subconscious begins to believe it and it soon becomes part of your natural behavior…think about couples that live together and eventually begin to pick up each others habits…same thing.

Listening to your own inner dialogue in all its many forms can be so enlightening and helpful. For example, if you smoke and cannot quit no matter what you have tried, identify and rewrite your self-hypnosis script! I hear you now, “but Catherine, I don’t have a script” Yes you do. We all have scripts. You just don’t think you do.

My self-hypnosis audios, workbooks, and line of products are based on 20+ years of research regarding color, color psychology, color marketing and advertising, the history of color, AND research regarding the body/mind connections with emotions and disease.
